An anonymous survey of customers has seen seoBusiness score “excellent” in every category.
Organisations that have hired the Blackburn-based digital marketing agency for a variety of projects – including search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, web development and hosting – were asked to provide ratings out of 10 across seven categories.
These included the effectiveness of campaign strategies, return on investment, communication with the team, and performance in line with goals, objectives and target audience.
The average score across all categories, for all respondents, was 8.6 out of 10, or “excellent”, with no individual category scoring below 8.3.
The results mirror those demonstrated by independent reviews platform Clutch, which recently awarded seoBusiness one of its first ever Champion awards.
Clutch scores B2B agencies on factors such as customer feedback, strength of portfolio, calibre of customer and industry experience and credentials. Clutch scored seoBusiness in the top 10% of all agencies for all-time reviews, and awarded it the rare Champion award for having the best reviews collected over the most recent six months.
