The brief

time2 launched as a specialist, online-only retailer of smart home products, including video doorbells, security cameras and smart lights and sockets.

We were called upon to use our extensive expertise across a range of disciplines to build, maintain and market the business in a competitive marketplace.

The website we delivered included a time-saving one-page checkout, a promotions module to generate money-saving special offers, a comprehensive support section loaded with user manuals and other helpful information, and a live chat application so customers can hold real-time conversations with time2’s support team. 

Trusted Shops integration was added to allow shoppers to purchase safely and securely, building brand loyalty and further improving conversion rates.

 

Created a winning PPC campaign

Creating a successful ecommerce operation is about more than just building the right website, it’s about attracting potential customers who are likely to buy the products.

Our goal was to deliver results quickly, and so we designed a pay-per-click advertising campaign which would put the time2 brand and its products in front of the right people.

And even though time2 operates in a highly competitive market, seoBusiness was still able to deliver high visibility for time2’s branding, sitting it shoulder to shoulder with the likes of Argos, Amazon and Currys.
